Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable clinical operations initiatives for the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Project. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership to a clinical team through all project phases, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services to support the goals and objectives of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the planning and implementation of new facilities, larger renovation projects, and/or a portfolio of smaller projects from the initial planning and design stages through to implementation and completion.
- Establish project team structure, direct and supervise assigned staff, and ensure accountability and performance.
- Establish effective communications channels to ensure stakeholders are fully engaged and aware of project status.
- Carry out project plans according to established project methodologies and systems to ensure successful and coordinated completion of project components.
- Lead business plan development for large capital projects, including feasibility studies, analysis, and solution development.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional designation and 7-10 years of recent, related, progressive experience in all phases of project planning/design/construction management for a large complex multi-site organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and construction specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage planning, design, and construction projects simultaneously.
