**Responsabilités**:

- Publier et surveiller les campagnes publicitaires sur Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.
- Analyser les données de performance des publicités et fournir des retours d'information exploitables à l'équipe créative.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe créative pour s'assurer que les publicités sont alignées avec le message de la marque et résonnent avec notre communauté cible.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en marketing numérique.
- Fournir des informations et des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficacité des campagnes.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience avérée en publicité numérique, en particulier sur Facebook, Google et Pinterest.
- Compétences analytiques solides et capacité à interpréter les données pour optimiser les campagnes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à gérer efficacement son temps.

**Role Overview**:
We need a digital ads expert who can post, monitor, and provide insightful feedback on ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, Pinterest, and more. If you're quick to analyze data, adapt strategies, and collaborate effectively with a creative team, we want you

**Responsibilities**:

- Post and monitor ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.
- Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable feedback to the creative team.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads align with brand messaging and resonate with our target community.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital advertising, particularly on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with our brand's target community and digital marketing strategies.
