The Employee Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing 2nd level support to employees as well as representatives of the Service Hub of the Employee Service Centre, and will also support the Manager, Employee Services in the management of operations across Canada

What does this role involve?
Support queries that require further research.

  • Follow up with internal clients or Service Centre representatives for coaching purposes.
  • Support executive managers in resolving their requests to the Service Center.
  • Actively participate in the organization of work and the optimization of the Service Center's operations, by implementing or improving procedures and tools.
  • Manage customer complaints and make recommendations for service improvement.
  • Produce reports, conduct audits, and contribute to the analysis of service delivery performance.
  • Ensure the integrity of the data and take steps to make corrections.
  • Develop training for team members and contribute to the integration of new employees.

What you need to join our team:
Bachelor
- 's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or customer service, including a minimum of 2 years in an analyst or operations manager role.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English to assist unilingual employees.
  • Excellent analytical and initiative skills
  • Developed interpersonal skills, strong problemsolving skills.
