**Job Description**:
Under the responsibility of the Client Relations & Support Manager, the Client Support Coordinator will provide outstanding customer care to a variety of clients. The coordinator will be responsible of managing customer requests by responding to their concerns and scheduling appropriate actions for our Service Crew. Amongst others, here is an overview of the jobholder’s tasks:
- Take lead of incoming requests as part of Support Team;
- Act as the primary point of contact for support requests and provide solutions as needed;
- Assure superior homeowner satisfaction and build customer loyalty by providing service assurance;
- Coordinate schedules for our Service Crew;
- Establish and maintain a strong company image as one of our Service Coordinator team member.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent client relations and communication skills (customer-oriented attitude);
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office;
- Organized and efficient;
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Work well with a team and independently;
- Resourceful, reliable, and takes initiative;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- Bilingual (English and French): strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Willing to learn new coordination/administrative/technological tasks;
- Experienced in managing a dispatch team.
