**Job Description**:
**Flexible start date 2023/Q1 2024**

Reporting to the Manager of Merchandising Operations, Techo-Bloc Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its head office in St-Hubert. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for forecasting future supply and production needs for the Marketing Department.

**In your role, your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Organize, plan and validate all production orders with the merchandising team;
- Explain all variances from standard production order costs and make improvements;
- Check production order logs for discrepancies and irregularities;
- Monitor production deadlines, crew schedules and costs & ensure that the quality standards of the department are improved and maintained;
- Manage quantity, cost and inventory movements;
- Create merchandising replenishment strategies (using MRP) for our various hubs and sites;
- Ensure that the items created are properly identified with the correct variant & create bill of materials (BOM) and production material requests.

**Qualifications**:

- College or university diploma in GOP, logistics, or other equivalent combination of training and experience;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (asset);
- Able to communicate well in English and French (knowledge of English is required in order to respond to customers and suppliers based in the United States and outside Quebec);
- Experience with ERP systems (an asset), and be very comfortable with technological tools;
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
- Excellent skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel).
