**Le poste en un coup d'œil**

L'équipe Middle Office Loan Trading soutient le processus de règlement des transactions de prêt dans le marché primaire et secondaire ainsi que des SRT de prêt.

Le processus inclus également les procédures de financement et de documentation. L'équipe est responsable de fournir un soutien opérationnel quotidien au bureau de vente et de négociation de prêt.

**Dans le détail**

Expérience client:

- Répondre aux demandes des contreparties avec précision et dans un court délai.
- Traitement et exécution des prêts, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le bureau de négociation, les clients, les conseillers juridiques et les équipes opérationnelles afin de régler les transactions de prêts dans les marchés primaire et secondaire pour les bureaux de négociation situés dans les États-Unis et dans le Royaume-Uni
- Créer les transactions et confirmer les détails avec les parties prenantes
- Coordonner avec les contreparties et les agents administratifs l'exécution de tous les documents de prêt syndiqués nécessaires à la clôture dans les délais
- Rendre compte de l'avancement des transactions non clôturées et des principaux indicateurs de risque à la direction sur une base hebdomadaire
- Gérer des volumes élevés de prêts en prenant soin de rapporter le statut de chaque transaction
- Surveiller et appliquer les événements corporatifs pour chacun des prêts
- Communiquer toute information ou question pertinente aux équipes commerciales ainsi qu'à la haute direction
- Participer aux réunions d'équipe hebdomadaires avec le gestionnaire situé au Royaume-Uni et/ou à New York
- Participer à différents projets d'amélioration continu sous la supervision du dirigeant d'équipe
- Contribuer directement au Contrôle Opérationnel Permanent en identifiant et en mitigeant les risques opérationnels
- Préparation d'accords de non-divulgation et distribution d'informations confidentielles par l'équipe du Royaume-Uni
**Les atouts et compétences qui vous feront réussir**
- Baccalauréat avec spécialisation en finance ou domaines connexes
- Excellente capacité de communication en anglais et de service à la clientèle
- Approche proactive du travail
- Esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et à effectuer diverses tâches simultanément.
- Forte compétence en Excel
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, attention au détail, soucis de la qualité et du détail.

Qualifications préférées:

- Connaissance et expérience dans le secteur du crédit syndiqué.
- Excel VBA
