As a Client Solutions Specialist, your responsibilities entail collaborating with the Business Development and Client Success teams, as well as clients, to devise business solutions and opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and technical proficiency.

Tracking incoming requests and pending quotes to ensure adherence to our company's timelines.

Assessment of inbound quote requests, contacting clients to comprehensively understand project scopes and requirements.

Collaborating with the Linguistic Operations team in the pre-sale phase to ensure optimal outcomes post-approval.

Identifying opportunities for product expansion, up-selling, and cross-selling within current accounts, and communicating them to the internal/external sales team (directors and managers).

Assisting in proposal development and responding to RFPs or RFQs
Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, especially in the translation/localization sector.
~ Expertise in technical, communications, or SaaS industries
~ Proficient in engaging with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships
~ Familiarity and proficiency in working with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
~ Outstanding organizational skills - adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, managing shifting priorities, and performing under pressure.

~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
~ Exceptional listening skills and experience in establishing relationships with prominent startups and corporations at executive levels

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
Alexa Translations' operating hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST from Monday to Friday. The Account Manager will need the flexibility to work extended hours to excel in this role.
