Are you an Indigenous student seeking for a summer job opportunity?

The Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth is seeking to hire


This position is ideally suited for an Indigenous student with an interest in Library and Information Sciences, Religious Studies, History, Sociology or other Humanities.

Experience working within an archival or museum setting would be preferable.

The student is responsible to process material transferred to the Archives from an Indigenous Paris. The student must be able TO READ CURSIVE WRITING.

This position will be posted on the Saint Mary's University Career360.

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Please note:

Offer of employment is contingent on the Government funding approval.

Partial funding for this project is provided through Young Canada Works, a program which provides employment opportunities for students. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada, **must be available for the entirety of the work and be full time students, returning to full time studies in the fall.
