Sous la direction générale du directeur des Services de santé mentale et la supervision immédiate du coordonnateur des Services mobiles d'intervention en cas de crise, la travailleuse ou le travailleur auprès des jeunes offre une aide immédiate par téléphone, par clavardage en ligne et mobile, des services d'intervention en cas de crise et des services de suivi à court terme aux enfants et aux jeunes de 0 à 18 ans, ainsi qu'à leur famille, conformément aux politiques et aux directives établies par le Conseil d'administration.

**Ce que vous ferez**
- Intervenir par téléphone, par clavardage en ligne et au moyen de visites à domicile afin de gérer des situations de crise.
- Mener des évaluations du risque, cerner le niveau d'urgence de la crise, et élaborer des plans de sécurité.
- Effectuer une évaluation complète au besoin et élaborer des recommandations relativement au plan de soins.
- Évaluer le besoin du client pour des ressources supplémentaires ou un soutien multidisciplinaire, et en faire la recommandation.
- Faire en sorte que la documentation est maintenue à jour conformément aux politiques et procédures du programme, y compris les dossiers des clients et les activités de contact, les plans de soins (y compris les buts/actions), les entrées quotidiennes et les rapports sommaires.
- Offrir des séances de renseignements et de formation lorsque requis.
- Participer aux efforts de développement communautaire.
- Participer aux réunions du personnel de l'équipe mobile d'intervention en cas de crise; participer aux réunions connexes appropriées au sein de l'organisme et de la communauté.
- Suivre des pratiques de travail sécuritaires, telles qu'établies par le BSJ et le programme.

- Diplôme en travail social ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience connexe en gestion de cas, en intervention en cas de crise et(ou) en counseling.
- Connaissance éprouvée en développement de l'enfant et de l'adolescent.
- Aptitudes manifestes à l'intervention en cas de crise, y compris la capacité de rapidement établir des liens avec les clients.
- Capacités de counseling manifestes pour le travail auprès des enfants, des adolescents et des familles.
- Capacité manifeste d'évaluer le besoin pour un soutien multidisciplinaire ou d'autres ressources.
- Connaissance des ressources communautaires et des lois afférentes.
- Disponibilité et capacité de travailler des quarts de rotation, y compris les jours de la semaine, fins de semaine et les nuits.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- La maîtrise orale de l'anglais est essentielle.
- La maîtrise du français oral et écrit est essentielle.
