Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in all day to day operations including but not limited to: prep lists, food quality checks, daily food preparations, ordering and organizing
  • Working alongside the culinary team to execute menu items and orders in a timely manner
  • Work with the Sous Chef to create feature menus
  • Help develop and grow the culinary team
  • Be a presence on the floor to help support the culinary team

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fastpaced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team setting
