- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to commute independently
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in all day to day operations including but not limited to: prep lists, food quality checks, daily food preparations, ordering and organizing
- Working alongside the culinary team to execute menu items and orders in a timely manner
- Work with the Sous Chef to create feature menus
- Help develop and grow the culinary team
- Be a presence on the floor to help support the culinary team
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fastpaced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team setting

From $21.00 per hour

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
