Building and maintaining a fleet takes time, resources, and expertise few companies can spare.
The Customer Development Manager develops long-term business relationships with both new and existing customers.

This will require that you rely on a sales approach that is both consultative and strategic, and that you partner directly with customers to determine their needs and to identify opportunities to add new business.

This position allows you to play a key role in helping us to deliver the best quality service to our customers, and can put you on the path toward a long and rewarding sales management career with us including senior sales leadership roles.

As an Account Manager, you will work with and further develop relationships with existing customers.

Internal relationships are also a key part of this role as you will work directly with a variety of our departments including Rentals, Operations and Maintenance as well as Finance and Marketing.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

~ Providing transportation solutions to full-service lease and maintenance customers.

Maintaining day-to-day contact with existing customers, nurturing business relationships and ensuring that Ryder delivers on their promise of providing high quality service.

Executing marketing plans and account development strategies to expand contractual product lines.
Consistently meeting OR exceeding sales and performance goals.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Five (5) years or more with CRM systems such as Sales Force, required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) advanced required.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
