The Role:
  • Support Customer Sales teams by providing key sales information and insights to enhance customer business development efforts
  • Ensure flawless order fulfillment and exceed customer expectations through liaising with internal departments
  • Attend key customer meetings with Customer Business Development Managers
  • Complete analysis, gain insights, and make recommendations on key performance indicators, trends, and future opportunities
  • Assist in developing customer presentations and coordination with internal functions
  • Communicate customer requirements across internal functions effectively
  • Manage and improve systems/processes, recognize cost reduction opportunities
  • Support customer team with information requests, key insights, and recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer to provide value-added services
  • Support internal business functions with information and insights
  • Improve internal processes for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Other assigned duties
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education required (business focus preferred)
  • 2-3 years' work experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to anticipate customers' needs and proactively seek to satisfy them
