Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting our company's growth and success. They will oversee all aspects of human resources, providing guidance and ensuring the implementation of best practices while embodying Positive's values when engaging with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the HR Solution UKG PRO to manage employee records.
  • Maintain precise HR records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Execute the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with external entities for recruiting efforts (e.g., Colleges and Universities).
  • Drive and support cultural initiatives throughout the company.
  • Administer HR programs like employee surveys and performance reviews through the UKG learning module.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies to align with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prior experience with UKG or similar systems preferred.
  • CHRP designation would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Capability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
