  • Having the ability to program in Azure is an asset (didn't seem like a must but definitely would have been a plus)
  • PMP / SSM / CSM certifications are an asset
  • Good understanding of DevOps and IT processes for development cycle and testing
  • Good understanding of databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud SQL), previous experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP), previous experience is an asset
  • Good understanding of reporting concepts, report building, reporting platforms and BI/reporting tools
  • Previous experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI is an asset
  • Understanding of backend systems i.e. Maestro, OneView, ICM, Genesys
  • Comfortable working in a multichannel, multiproduct environment
  • Excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing priorities?

Salary:
$55.00-$60.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Program manager: 10 years (preferred)
  • SQL: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • PMP (preferred)
  • Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
