Account Representative - North Region (Grande Prairie and Fort St John)

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with external customers and prospects.
  • Prospect new customers for growth
  • Utilize callreports for weekly sales reports and to update customer information.
  • Implement and execute sales strategies and provide feedback to the branch managers and regional managers.
  • Resolve all customer issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly meetings with local branch personnel.
  • Identify and support opportunities for selling all Bidell product lines.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Selfstarter results oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literacy, including competency related to MS-Windows
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and branch departments.
  • Overnight travel is required. Willingness to travel a significant amount of time away from the office.

Wage or Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience and education.
