Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Client Policy Services Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates.
  • Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to keep written policies on the books.
  • Case Management between the carriers and agents to ensure all underwriting requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain and update department process manual.
  • Perform other duties pertaining to the New Business Department requested by your immediate manager.
  • Offer process and technology improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in office administration.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry considered a strong asset.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Handle stressful situations with a positive, cando attitude.
  • Have great problemsolving skills.
  • An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Able to take ownership of your work.
  • Speak French / Spanish considered a strong asset.
  • Willing to learn French / Spanish
