KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A DISTRIBUTION ADMINISTRATOR


KWE is currently looking for a Distribution Administrator who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE's vast worldwide network for a designated client base.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Formal Academic Training in related field of study from a twoyear college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
  • Ability to write correspondences.
  • Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

DETAILS OF THE JOB

  • Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints with regards to the Distribution function.
  • Input shipping and receiving information into UWS System and maintain accurate filing systems of the same (including customer files).
  • Investigate shipping/receiving problems inform the direct supervisor/manager of the issue and suggest resolutions.
  • Maintain and perform accurate inventory counts and prepare timely reports for the same.
  • Track important documents and cargo, Update tracking sheets.
  • Assist the division/department manager in the effective maintenance of the companies ISO Policies. Participate in meetings and overall objectives for the terminal.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
  • Receive guidance with respect to general objectives in most tasks and projects assigned. Determined methods, work sequence, scheduling, and how to achieve objectives of assignments; operate within specific policy guidelines.
  • Provide back up support within department during busy periods, vacations and unexpected employee absences.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
  • Perform all other job related duties as required by management.
