As a
_Service Administrator __for RBC_, you will:


  • Support in the administration and data management for client systems as appropriate.
  • Support Project Managers and field staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication.
  • Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, asbuilt drawings, close out documents.
  • Process incoming calls and redirect, forward and take messages as required.
  • Manage work orders flow, including the creation, delegation and close out activities of work orders to create accurate invoices.
  • Coordinate equipment, material deliveries and sub trades as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Excel is required.
  • Experience reviewing and understanding mechanical/electrical construction drawings in considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

Location

  • RBC Guelph Computing Centre (GCC) 75 Southgate Drive, Guelph Ontario.
  • 3 months for 5 days a week mandatory at GCC.
  • Possible hybrid working after 3 months.
  • CONTRACT POSITION: 6 12 months.
