The Summer Student OMS Coordinator supports Gibson Energy's Operations Management System (OMS) Team. In 2024, we are looking for a student who can help us refresh our OMS communication and onboarding materials.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide a fresh set of eyes on OMS processes and materials.
  • Create and refresh OMS communications and onboarding materials (presentations, video, graphics, quick reference guides).
  • Communicate with stakeholders as required.
  • Contribute to OMS Team meetings.
  • Complete assigned tasks and provide status updates.
  • Utilize OMS templates, processes, and procedures to conduct work.
  • Support OMS gap management and action management processes.
  • Identify and realize opportunities for professional development.
  • Demonstrates a personal commitment and proactive approach to Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) through participation in all applicable EH&S programs and ensures safe operation of the branch, team or unit and compliance with all Company EH&S policies and procedures.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
