Flipp then connects those retailer and manufacturer experiences to millions of shoppers through Flipp's owned and operated channels.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:


  • Invoicing & Billing
  • Review systemgenerated invoices and make necessary billing adjustments for all retailers and create manual invoices where system limitations arise
  • Manage retailer requests and resolve billing inquiries on a daily basis

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Drive action from retailers to ensure all outstanding accounts are collected within payment terms, while responding to internal and external inquiries and requests as they arise
  • Review and post daily cash receipts recorded by the Outsourcing team
  • Record nonretailer deposits as journal entries in the General Ledger
  • Prepare weekly updates to management and Sales team to provide visibility on the status of outstanding receivables and holding the Sales team accountable to follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Identify and monitor any atrisk accounts that may require being written off

Support Financial Close Procedures

  • Ensure all monthend revenue adjustments are recorded and reflected on invoices, including discounts, voids and makegoods
  • Prepare deferred revenue drawdown journal entries in the General Ledger on a monthly basis

Special Projects

  • Continuously assess existing billing and receivables processes and recommend improvements, where necessary
  • Assist with execution of adhoc projects related to process improvements to support the Accounts Receivable team

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, or related, experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel basics
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or other accounting software is considered an asset
