:PC & Printer Deployments
Responsible for client assets including, but not limited to, laptops, printers, desktops, etc. Assist in the tracking and management of all IT asset throughout its operating life. Collaboration with internal departments to meet their PC & printing needs Investigate and recovery of dark devices Report off-line printer page counts for billing purposes & toner deliveries Continuous Process ImprovementAccessory Management Requests & Incidents
Inventory validation – corrections and updates Investigate unused & missing devices Arrange lease return or recycle PC, printer, and mobile hardware Investigate & resolve non-reporting device/printer (NRD's) issues Investigate & resolve failure in consumable deliveriesService Now ITAM
Incidents & Requests Queue Management Maintain inventory in Service Now of deployed hardware Process PC, Printer and accessory requests in Service Now Participate in the evaluation and implementation of ITIL best-practice operational processes Knowledge Base (KB) and Service Request (SR) creation and updatesSpecific Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills Clear concise written, verbal, communication skills that are professional, timely and accurate Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality Advanced in all aspects of the MS Office applications with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Word Proven ability to work in a demanding work environment and unsupervisedKnowledge:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Word Strong knowledge on Service Now Incidents, Requests and Asset ManagementEducation & Experience:
