As a Vendor Sales Manager at Thriver, you'll be responsible for lead sourcing and outreach to drive the successful acquisition and retention of our service providers.

Your job will be to find and meet with new providers, determine fit, and onboard them to our platform.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining the happiness of existing service providers on our platform, and helping to solve provider issues as they arise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Effectively build a pipeline of potential new service providers
  • Create presentations and schedule meetings with prospects
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with new service providers
  • Work crossdepartmentally to determine new verticals and offerings that meet client needs
  • Communicate service provider product feedback to appropriate departments

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 12 years experience in a salesoriented role
  • Postsecondary education (Degree or Diploma preferred) in a related field
  • You're resourceful, resilient, and proactive in your lead sourcing approach and thrive in highpressure situations
  • Experience with new business development, discussion, and contracts
  • Interest in the technology space
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and work accurately in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
  • Driven to take initiative to further personal, team, and company growth
