IPL's Future Leader Program is seeking qualified individuals to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills for future leadership roles within IPL. This position is ideal for a recent graduate from a qualifying educational institution or program who is eager to learn and grow within the plastics manufacturing industry.

Location: Edmundston

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rotating through different departments within the Supply Chain function to gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • Assisting with project management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support functional initiatives.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conducting research and market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth or functional improvement.
  • Provide support to senior leaders and managers in executing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Supply Chain. They should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The candidate should also demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and development, with a desire to grow and advance within the organization.

Overall, the Future Leader Trainee will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build a strong foundation of knowledge, and develop leadership skills to prepare for future advancement within IPL. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development, with the potential for future leadership roles and career progression.
