Titre Réel: Digital Sustainability Advisor
Role Description:
**SAP experience in MM module is mandatory for this role**
- Exposure to working in project environment and exposure to running Agile projects.
- Run Ariba Network supplier integration and Ariba catalog project as well as OCI punchout and support other digital platforms.
- Exposure to Purchase to Pay Functional experience Requisitions, Purchase orders, Invoices etc. SAP experience desirable.
- Exposure to Ariba Sourcing applications - Contracts
- Experience in testing, defect resolutions, configurations
- Work with IT teams and Architect and various stakeholders on projects or BAU Continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to SAP system implementations primarily in MM module and an understanding of FI/PP/SD modules is desirable
- Adoption of new digital applications moving into BAU
- Business process improvement on digital solution/applications
o Identify improvement opportunities
o Exposure to lean practises and adoption
o Collaborate with key stakeholders on embedding of Digital process
o Documentation of project documents, work instructions, visios etc
- Administrator
o Provide Administrator support in Ariba Catalogs
o Provide Administrator support in Ariba Network
- Monitoring and Control
o Support IST with interface monitoring of failed outputs or outages
o Governance of invoice compliance tables/ Ariba tolerance tables
- eCommerce mailbox management for supplier/P2P/end user digital queries
o General Ariba support queries,
o Ariba Activation/Deactivation requests
o Ariba Upgrade/Downgrade requests
o Provide Training and awareness to stakeholders on digital functionality
o Identify technical defects and raise support tickets
- Adhoc request as required
