Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, grants, and investments that align with EnviroEmplois' mission and goals.
  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the growth and sustainability of EnviroEmplois.
  • Grant Writing and Fundraising: Identify and pursue grant opportunities, and develop fundraising strategies to support EnviroEmplois' mission.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the EnviroEmplois team to ensure effective communication and collaboration on financial matters.

Requirements:

Education: University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or environmental sustainability.

Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, market research, grant writing, or fundraising.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
