What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

5 to 8 years of experience including support for
Operating Systems: 80% Linux; 20% Windows - shell scripting skills are required at intermediate level

  • SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
  • Must have scheduling tools (Autosys/Stonebranch) experience
  • Production trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge is must
  • Knowledge of production controls and access management
  • Must have good communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, change deployments
  • Knowledge of Enterprise job schedulers
