About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team at TMX. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in ideating, developing, and executing products and product strategies that will drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers and Business Operations team to brainstorm, design, develop, and execute a strong suite of successful products
  • Create discovery cases through client feedback and define product and business requirements
  • Develop pricing, marketing, and sales strategies and work with Sales and Business Operations to engage with clients
  • Conduct True Ups and ensure clients are compliant with TMX Datalinx Reporting policies
  • Communicate the Core Product Road Map and current product offerings to key strategic clients
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and generate insights to inform decision making
  • Support new product analysis and launches and prepare reports based on data and insights
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities across Datalinx sales, product, and operations teams
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Finance
  • Proven skills and experience in quantitative analysis and/or financial engineering skills in financial products and other asset classes
  • Attention to detail, collaborative, self-starter, results-oriented, client-centric, and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to adapt quickly to changes
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
