Senior Production Support Analyst

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Support Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Energy Business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Energy Business applications and work closely with our ETRM systems (Energy Trading Risk Management)
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless application deployment and test environment maintenance
  • Utilize your database and SQL skills to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional production support and work closely with our systems team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Production support analyst or related field
  • Experience working with all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience working with Linux or Solaris
  • Experience working with SQL queries/database or Oracle
  • Experience working with shell Scripts/batch
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
  • Good communication and team fit
  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as computer science, computer engineering, commerce, or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years' experience with commodities within Capital Markets
  • FI or Banking experience is an asset
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, splank
  • Experience in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Oracle is preferred
