Primary Objective of the Position

:


Under the general direction of the Director, Fuel & Commercial Planning, the successful applicant will perform day-to-day fuel reconciliations and related tasks, and ensure all reports are accurate and produced in a timely manner.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

:

  • Ensure Fuel Automation across Canada is accurate.
  • Guide the team system process improvement.
  • Prepare weekly Fuel Cost Analysis and identify any issues and resolve.
  • Responsible for Monthly Fuel Reconciliation.
  • Report monthly Consortium Fuel Inventory Reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly Customer Fuel Invoicing Profitability Analysis
  • Report Fuel Annual Volume Analysis by station.
  • Ensure accuracy for Audit Fuel Vendor Invoices.

Minimum Qualifications

:

  • Post-Secondary education in Accounting is preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Advance level Excel functions is a must.
  • Fuel Accounting experience in the Airline industry would be an asset.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Must be a quick learner, detailoriented, organized, responsible & resultsoriented.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Good dataentry skills.
