Position Overview:
Joining WildCard Games as the Game Development Lead means taking a key role in shaping gaming experiences.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design and implementation of Unity games, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Create and maintain scalable, modular code for current and future projects.
- Conduct code reviews and offer feedback to maintain high coding standards.
- Collaborate with other leads, producers, and designers to meet project requirements and shape the game's vision.
- Work with product and game designers to develop features efficiently.
- Ensure smooth integration between client and backend components.
- Collaborate with QA to address bugs and maintain product quality.
- Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and discuss technical solutions effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a mobile Unity developer, having shipped at least two games.
- Proficiency in Unity3D, C#, and object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of performance and optimization tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems like perforce.
- Experience in multiplayer game development.
- Enjoy a creative and collaborative workspace.
