As a Security and Privacy Risk Consulting Partner, you will need to:

  • Draw upon your demonstrated technical, industry and risk advisory knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Continue building our security, privacy and risk practice through expansion of team size and skillsets
  • Be proactive and innovative in our solutions and approach to serving clients
  • Be able to communicate to clients regarding the strategic and tactical risks of advanced security threats, the methods malicious actors compromise such issues, and potential solutions that may prevent such incidents from occurring
  • Effectively manage, motivate and mentor multidisciplinary teams to work as a cohesive, clientcentric unit in delivering highquality solutions to sophisticated clients.
  • Leverage your existing network and personal brand in the marketplace to drive growth for SPRC, which includes identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Oversee a diverse book of business, maintaining overall responsibility for the profitability, effective delivery and engagement risk of all client related work within the portfolio.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, while providing leadership on proposal opportunities and ongoing internal initiatives.
  • Recruit and retain future leaders of the firm. Leverage your experience and expertise to advance the professional aspirations and skills of your colleagues.
  • Model the core RSM values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship in all interactions with clients and team members.

Professional Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 9 years at a public accounting or professional services firm.
  • Indepth knowledge of the security and privacy provisions of a variety of regulations and standards such as PCI, NERC/CIP, SOX, HIPAA/HITECH, FFIEC, EU Privacy Laws, ISO, and NIST 800 series
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH); GIAC certifications or equivalent security certifications
  • Successful track record of building and growing a security and privacy practice
  • Proven demonstration of the ability to manage a marketing campaign to launch a new or expanded services
  • Recent successful experience in cultivating new business and related marketfacing activities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills, including interaction with members of senior management.
