Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize various items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Prepare, heat, and finish basic food items
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Properly handle and store cleaning products
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and storage areas
  • Dispose of kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
