Job Responsibilities

  • Apply cash receipts to designated customers and process deposit through Remote Capture Deposit System.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve customer billing disputes.
  • Identify customer deductions and submit to sales for validation.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Assist in pre-sales credit risk evaluation by conducting customer assessments which includes: researching and obtaining bank/trade references, analyzing Equifax reports and report findings to Credit Manager.
  • Set up and maintain customer files in system.
  • Assist in releasing credit held orders when necessary.
  • Distribute month end statements.
  • Handle credit reference inquiries and copies of invoices to customers.
