Day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Conducting data analysis using MS Excel and various tools to support multiple access management workstreams and special projects.
  • Aiding in process design, enhancement, and documentation initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for streamlining processes, especially in utilizing existing tools more efficiently and implementing minor technological improvements.
  • Compiling documentation for internal and external audit requests for information.
  • Ensuring compliance with Enterprise and Firmwide standards governing Identity Access Management, Risk and Control, and Governance and Control through strict adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Performing other assigned tasks.

Your technical skills should include:

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA (experience with SailPoint is a bonus).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing minor tech workflow automation enhancements is advantageous (e.g., Python, UIPath, Alteryx, etc.).

Your non-technical skills should encompass:

  • Ability to manage and document multiple requests concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Keen attention to detail when assessing access requests, system entitlements, role descriptions, and records, adhering to established procedures, and collating necessary supporting documentation using various systems.
  • Capability to handle tasks of varying complexity with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshooting access verification issues.
  • Essential skills include organizational, analytical, presentation, and customer service prowess.
  • Strong focus on detail.
  • Clear, concise, and impactful professional communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with fundamental concepts of risk mitigation and process controls.
  • At least 3 years of financial services corporate experience in areas like Identity Access Management, Technology Services, Risk/Governance and Control, Business Systems Analysis, or Administrative Business Support.
  • Completion of an Associate's degree or higher in business systems or a related field with coursework emphasizing technology is advantageous.
