Job Description:


Reporting to the Business Administrator, the incumbent will provide financial, administrative and analytical support to the programs, special projects and contract activity in the School of Business and Hospitality.

The incumbent will be required to assist the Business Administrator with the coordination and development of the operating/capital budget, year-end process and will also be required to provide financial analytical assistance in the various activities of the Faculty such as contract activity, space management, capital equipment acquisition and enrolment projection/monitoring.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) year diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or a related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible budgetary/Finance administration experience, preferably at a postsecondary institution;
  • Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel at advance level;
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to deal with College employees of all levels and outside clients;
  • Demonstrated effective organization, time management, and planning skills;
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
