Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;

  • Responsible for overseeing overall operational activities for 9 VACs across Canada.
  • Main point of contact for High Commission of India. Developing and maintaining business relationships with client Government/s.
  • Responsible for ensuring achievement of regional targets for the units within specified timelines, compliance in internal processes and SLAs.
  • Responsible for coordinating with various business functions to achieve organizational objectives eg. Finance, HR, Learning and Development, Quality, Security, IT, Project Management.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English
  • Decision Making, Risk Taking, Multi Tasking
  • Optimistic approach towards work
  • Self Motivator
  • Minimum Education: Associate Degree or Master's Degree
  • Computer savvy with advance level experience in Microsoft Office Suits.
  • Various MIS & Management Reports
  • High level of attention to 'detailing', under stringent timelines

Salary:
$50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
