Responsibilities

  • Research, track, maintain and update leads in HubSpot.
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads.
  • Maintain personal HubSpot Account.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Participate in the preparation of estimates.
  • Source products as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the business to facilitate the sales process.
  • Report to Sales Manager for frequent virtual meetings, training, and checkins regarding sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Finished or ongoing degree/diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in cold calling and sales is an asset.
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases is an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.


Essentially, you will be responsible for B2B Inside Sales (i.e., building a new customer base and maintaining and servicing existing accounts).

As the designated Sales Associate for our customers, you will perform up-selling and cross-selling of facility products and pursue retention of your accounts as required.

In addition, you will be meeting assigned target assets.

This job is remote/from home and will be paid $20 for the first six months of employment i.e. the duration of the probation. Workdays are Monday to Thursday and work hours will be 9:30 - 5:30.

After probation, the salary & commission can be negotiated.
