**Notre futur(e) tête d'affiche détient aussi les éléments suivants dans son script**:

- Diplôme d'études universitaires en marketing ou toute autre formation pertinente et possède plus de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Une grande connaissance en marketing numérique, des médias sociaux et du Web
- Orientation vers les résultats, ténacité et sens des responsabilités
- Capacité de travailler avec des délais serrés, sens de l'organisation et aptitude pour la gestion du temps et des priorités
- Esprit créatif et innovateur
- Capacité de rédiger dans un français impeccable
- Très bonne maîtrise de la Suite Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google agenda) et des outils de bureautique
- Atout: expérience au sein d'organismes des arts de la scène
- Atout: connaissance en graphisme et connaissance des logiciels Tuxedo, Turbine, Canva, Monday et Simplify.

**En programmation principale, voici en quoi votre rôle consistera**:

- Collaborer à la mise en œuvre et au déploiement des stratégies marketing
- Analyser les tendances de la concurrence et dresser un diagnostic du marché
- Assurer une veille de l'évolution des ventes et mettre en place des stratégies de ventes
- Agir comme point de contact des producteurs pour le département marketing
- Gérer les communications avec les ressources et partenaires externes (Agence web, graphisme, distribution outils promo, etc.) ainsi qu'avec les instances médiatiques et leurs outils de diffusion (service de communication des villes, tourisme Laurentides, Cegep, CIME, Nord Info, etc.)
- Veiller à la gestion de tous les outils promotionnels traditionnels et numérique (site web, brochure, infolettre, roll up, écran externe chez partenaires, etc.)
- Être une référence dans son département pour la connaissance des données client (SEO, Google Analytics, Tuxedo, Turbine, etc.)
- Appliquer le plan de fidélisation
- Planifier et coordonner l'organisation des activités promotionnelles (dévoilement, abonnement, fidélisation, etc.)
- En collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations, effectuer une veille artistique et proposer des concepts personnalisés pour les artistes
- Élaborer des stratégies de réseaux sociaux
- Rédiger des textes, des communiqués de presse et autres outils promotionnels
- Encadrer le travail du coordonnateur marketing
