Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Assist main reception with main phone lines
  • Administer contracts/new orders
  • Distribute inquiries using internal CRM to sales team
  • Admin support for team with large projects (Events/Marketing initiatives/sales initiatives/Meetings/celebrations)
  • Recruitment
  • Attendance and Payroll
  • Employee Appreciation
  • Apparel Program
  • Health and Safety (including JHSC)
  • Administer Internal benefits program (Dental and eyecare internal program)
  • Employee Policy management
  • Point of contact for Employee HR related inquiries

Other duties as required

Experience:

5+ years of relevant work experience required. Pay is based on level of training and management required.
