We are hiring a Fleet Administrator for our Secure Transport division at the Mississauga branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Fleet list maintenance
  • Vehicle transfer and disposal request forms
  • Service Ontario requests: new plates, lease buyout, etc.
  • License plate renewal for commercial trucks and IRP trucks
  • Annual driver abstracts
  • Processing all invoices (fuel, mechanic uniforms, truck plates, etc.)
  • Fleet parts and inventory: orders and maintaining stock
  • Assisting with GPS admin: adding geozones, verifying if GPS box is working.
  • Quarterly IFTA report submission
  • CVOR certificate renewal and annual CVOR carrier profile

What we're looking for

  • Excellent excel skills with familiarity in cross tracking
  • Able to perform with mínimal supervisor
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Organized; detailoriented
  • Able to extract, enter and input data into various required formats
  • Selfmotivated, team player with problem solving skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Strong written and communication skills (English)
  • Experience and knowledge in geographic mapping
  • Experience in an administrative role within a fleet environment (an asset)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of legal compliance with respect to commercial vehicles (an asset)
