The Nitty-Gritty of What you'll be doing:

Conduct hiring, training and supervision of BDC Representatives Receive, document and respond to all business units' internet-based and telephone service inquiries and leads Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us Effectiveness in converting internet leads into service and sales appointments Identify customers that may be "lost" and develop a strategy to reconnect with them and regain their trust and business. Monitor effectiveness of the BDC Service Representatives Work with CRM Accurate and diligent reporting daily Work closely with user integration and data analytics

Some superhero traits we are looking for:

Ability to lead, prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations. Customer service guru, in other words a people person. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Computer literate and telephone savvy. Passion for leadership and teamwork. Exceptional organizational skills. Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound/outbound sales. Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment.
