Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the life sciences sector.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Coordinate, delegate and support department supervisors in their daily operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
  • Ability to travel internationally for meetings or conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. (required)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the life sciences industry.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences sector, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with an enthusiastic approach to leadership.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid passport required.
