Position Summary...To advance and accelerate Talent Acquisition capabilities and maturity by focusing on future workforce, Campus, Early Careers, Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing initiatives and projects. This role will function as a key business partner with the leadership and HR teams, as well as with all hiring managers.

What you'll do...

Partnering with the business on recruitment, managing relationships internally and externally with associates and candidates. Maintaining close partnerships with the business and building director level pipelines business critical function.

Manages relationship with external TA suppliers/vendors;

  • Completes performance reviews of all existing TA suppliers, to drive effectiveness and ROI for the business

  • Evaluating the services and capabilities of new suppliers against WM TA & business requirements

  • Manages day to day relationships with suppliers, including escalations & change requests for new / existing services

  • Maintains the preferred supplier list for all critical TA suppliers, partnering with legal, compliance to ensure all WM due diligence requirements and contracts are in place for TA suppliers / vendors

Drives innovation, technology & digitalization of TA processes & practices;

  • Under the support of the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisitions Leads project work that drives innovation and increases the adoption of technology within the sourcing, assessment and selection of talent

  • Leads recruitment marketing initiatives, partnering with TA specialists & the business and marketing in building recruitment campaigns that drive attraction & reinforce WMCA AVP

  • Drives innovation and acceleration of social recruiting capabilities, building plans and campaigns in partnership with the business, marketing and TA specialist

  • Supports the business & HR leadership in understanding data, insights and trends, using outputs from TA metrics and campaign data to create awareness and improve effectiveness

  • Drives specific D,E&I partnerships and programs that support TA goals, positioning WMCA as a diverse employer and reinforcing critical AVP messaging externally

Leads hourly recruitment strategy;

  • Builds annual recruitment strategy & project plans for DC hourly recruitment

  • Executes annual recruitment activity for attraction strategy, social media campaigns, selection process etc.

  • Contributes to & participates in the long term workforce planning for both early careers & graduate talent

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Resilient; thrives in an ever-changing environment

  • Proven track record of having built and managed strong working relationships with stakeholders
