Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a background in the construction and manufacturing industries to join our team. In this role, you will lead our recruitment efforts, attracting top talent, and supporting our growth strategy. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand our staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the organization chart with HR managers, and provide constant oversight of filling positions to make us top competitors in the industry. Through success in talent acquisition you will perform day to day typical HR duties to promote cohesive communication through HR and the employees.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sustainability and a brighter, greener future, along with a track record of driving results and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment efforts for Mitrex and Cladify in the construction and manufacturing industries, with a focus on the USA, attracting top talent to support our growth strategy.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers at Mitrex and Cladify to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the USA market.
Manage the organization chart with HR managers at Mitrex and Cladify, ensuring positions are filled to make us top competitors in the USA industry.
Provide constant oversight of filling positions at Mitrex and Cladify, ensuring a high level of talent acquisition efficiency in the USA.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates at Mitrex and Cladify in the USA, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in talent acquisition strategies at Mitrex and Cladify, specifically for the USA market.
Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship at Mitrex and Cladify, aligning recruitment efforts with our commitment to a greener future in the USA.
Check Employee time-cards and ensure they are submitted to Payroll in a timely manner.
Assisting with employee onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
Maintain the HR software and ensure accurate and updated information.
Prepare reports on HR activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the construction and manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a competitive market, with a strong emphasis on the USA.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and industry standard offer advice and onboarding best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet continuous staffing needs and support organizational growth.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
