Molnlycke is hiring an Area Sales Manager in Eastern Ontario  

Join our dynamic team where your clinical expertise will help to implement our strategic sales vision and make a meaningful impact on patient care. Your role is more than just meeting sales targets; it's about using your clinical background to identify and cultivate new business opportunities by:

 

  • Capitalizing on your established relationships within the medical community to maximize sales growth and establish long-term, sustainable partnerships.
  • Immersing yourself in the heart of patient-focused care by ensuring complete and comprehensive sales and service coverage in the territory. Your ability to articulate complex medical concepts will shine through in presentations and in-service deliveries, enhancing our interactions with healthcare professionals and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
  • Your clinical insights will be a game-changer in securing new business or defending existing relationships in non-key accounts.
  • Crafting and presenting compelling commercial offers that resonate with the healthcare community, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Utilizing the "Global Sales Process" with finesse, aligning it seamlessly with your clinical expertise. By doing so, you'll drive the successful implementation of sales projects, ensuring positive and timely closures that align with our mission and objectives

 

Additionally, you’ll:

  • Showcase product value in patient pathways, reimbursement, and contracting models.
  • Manage the complete MHC wound care assortment for a sustainable and profitable business.
  • Plan and implement value-added solutions with customers to address needs and opportunities.
  • Maintain updated customer data and report activities in the CRM system.
  • Implement the "Global Sales Process" (3C Selling) for effective sales project management and goal achievement

 

Work/Life Balance

  • 30 – 40% Overnights

 

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent proven experience in Healthcare environment
  • Previous healthcare / clinical experience
  • Recent local market and customer knowledge is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the challenges within the Health Care environment and how to navigate through all channels of the continuum of care
  • Highly self-motivated, adapts to change, flexible, manages priorities & team player
  • Comprehensive presentation and training skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
