**Job Description Summary**: The Nuclear Services Refurbishment Manager position will oversee both refurbishment categories, Controls Mod and Centerline, through the various refurbishment programs through the second quarter of 2025.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the Refurbishment for Darlington Station, both Turbine Controls and Centerline.
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 8+ years of relevant professional experience of services and maintenance within the power generation industry.
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to a Nuclear Power facility in Canada and U.S.
- Ability to travel as required domestically within Canada and internationally to the U.S.
- Ability to hold and maintain a valid driver’s license in Canada
