Randstad Digital is currently seeking a Project Administrator for their Federal Government client.

Day-to-Day duties:
- Assist project management and data processing professionals, technical users, and end users in simple routine tasks
- Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required for projects
- Assist in performing such tasks as maintaining project documentation and application/system libraries
- Acts as the first point of contact in a "hot-line" situation by accepting incoming calls, logging calls, attempting to resolve simple problems, and following established procedures for more difficult problems
- Tracks project change requests
- Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files; project information might include such things as project activity schedule, status reports, correspondence
- Use computer tools, aids, and system control languages on PCs, minis, or mainframes to perform work
- Communicates with project management and data processing professionals, technical users, and end users on administrative matters related to the project

Advantages
This 12-month contract opportunity starts immediately and has the potential to be extended beyond 12 months.

Responsibilities
- Internal BRD(Business Request) creation for special projects.
- Respond to any questions from other Service Lines (more technical, complex - issues from other teams / Prod. Mgmt. / RPPM / SDM/etc..)
- Data entry for Power BI & Reporting for use by Project Managers.
- Maintaining EPS Clarity custom reports.
- Email distribution for information solicitation
- EPS Clarity updates.
- Initial Communication, Clarity, GCDOCS creation.
- Drafting CWS(Commercial WIFI) scenario emails.
- GC-WIFI CWS & GCWIFI Services coordination mailbox management & Triage.
- GO-AHEAD date received & financial information input and tracking.
- WBA process - BRD, Initial Communication, Clarity, GCDOCS creation.

Qualifications
- Canadian Federal Government Level II Secret Clearance
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with MS Project an asset
- Experience with MS PowerBi
- Experience with PPM Clarity an asset
