The Project Administrator is primarily responsible to provide administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and the overall project team. Extreme attention to detail is required for this position along with exceptionally strong communication skills and strong software, computer skills. Previous experience in the construction industry would be a valuable asset.

**Must be able to get a Secret Security Clearance

Work will be at Parliament Hill construction site

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Provide input on the structure of and maintains the filing systems.
- Perform office administrative duties/support and clerical functions.
- Perform site administrative duties/support and clerical functions.
- ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) permit administration
- Organize and register training for project managers/site personnel.
- Prepare and submit all startup and other documents for projects upon award of contract, such as insurance, WSIB, health and safety documents, contracts, bonding, training/licenses, etc.
- Correspond with general contractors and other firms during a project to provide or exchange project documents, maintains records of documents.
- Provide other support to project the project team as needed.
- Assist in the preparing of shop drawings for submission.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two (2) years of project administration experience
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Project Administration or a similar field from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience may be required.
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software such as Bluebeam (pdf editor software), Primavera P6 (scheduling software), Unifier (document control software)
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Great organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
