Responsibilities
⢠Analyze current finance processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and integration within the Workday ERP system.
⢠Prepare comprehensive functional, non-functional, and technical specifications for finance module configuration.
⢠Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes using BPMN.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of finance system configurations with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
⢠Support testing, data migration, and training efforts related to the Workday finance module implementation to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
Qualifications
⢠5-8 years of progressive experience in implementing Workday ERP systems, with a focus on the finance module.
⢠Proven track record of successfully leading or supporting finance module implementations in large-scale ERP projects.
⢠Strong proficiency in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing finance processes using industry best practices.
⢠Solid understanding of financial systems and processes, including budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; certifications in Workday Financial Management or relevant areas preferred.
