About the Team

Our Accounts Payable Product Management team at Workday empowers our customers with intuitive experiences, groundbreaking innovation, and business compliance that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. As part of the industry-leading Workday Financial Management Product Management team, we lead product roadmaps, design features, and develop new products to meet customer and market needs. We collaborate closely with customers, our strategy teams, and implementation and support leadership to ensure our products empower digital transformations in the office of the CFO.

About the Role

Are you a finance professional, a consultant, a business analyst, or a product owner? Have you been a super-user, made configurations, or been part of integrations or implementations of ERP or financial management systems? We want your perspective and fresh ideas to contribute to our next generation Accounts Payable solution

We need an independent product leader who is passionate about solving sophisticated and ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment. Work alongside UX, engineering and business partners to drive significant outcomes for Workday and our customers.

About You

Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Software Development Engineer, QA Engineer, SDE in Test, enterprise financials systems manager, finance professional, or functional consultant.Other Qualifications- BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience- Hands-on experience with ERP software in large enterprise environments- Experience working with software developers in an Agile environment- Functional knowledge of accounts payable, accounting, or procure-to-pay processes is an advantage- A highly motivated, quick learner, who thrives on creatively solving tough problems- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proven track record as the voice of the customer for multiple teams and projects
